Service Policy: Junigo Designs

At Junigo Designs (Ghana), we strive for excellence. To ensure a smooth partnership, please take note of our service and refund guidelines:

1. Web Design & Social Media

  • Deposit: A 50% upfront payment is required to begin all projects. This deposit is non-refundable as it covers initial research, planning, and design work.
  • Cancellations: * If you cancel before any design work is delivered, you may be eligible for a 25% refund of the total fee (minus the deposit).
    • Once design drafts are presented, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis based on work completed.
  • Final Delivery: Once the website or social media campaign is approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
  • Monthly Retainers: To cancel ongoing social media management, please notify us 7 days before the next billing cycle.

2. Revision Policy

  • We offer 3 rounds of revisions as part of your package.
  • Requests beyond this scope, or changes due to a change in personal preference after approval, will incur additional fees.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if the project is delayed or fails due to:

  • Lack of communication or feedback from the client.
  • Failure to provide required content (images, text, etc.).
  • Changes in project scope after work has started.

4. Physical Products (Herbs & Jewellery)

  • Herbs: No refunds or returns once the seal is broken (for health/safety).
  • Jewellery: Returns only accepted for items damaged during transit. You must report damage within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the Waybill and the item.
