At Junigo, we aim to provide high-quality web design, website maintenance, and digital services tailored to each client’s requirements. Because many of our services involve customized work and time spent specifically on a client’s project, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the client and Junigo.

1. Website Design Projects

A deposit or initial payment is required before work begins on a website project.

Once work has commenced, payments for completed work and time already spent on the project are generally non-refundable.

If a client cancels a project before work has started, any refund will be considered based on the circumstances and any costs already incurred.

2. Project Deposits

Project deposits secure your place in our schedule and allow work to begin.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced.

If Junigo is unable to proceed with a project due to circumstances on our side, any unused portion of a payment may be refunded or applied toward an alternative arrangement.

3. Website Maintenance Services

Monthly website maintenance services may be cancelled before the next billing period.

Payments for a maintenance period that has already begun are generally non-refundable because the service availability and maintenance resources have been allocated for that period.

If you cancel before the next billing date, your service will normally remain active until the end of the current paid period.

4. Digital Services

Refund eligibility for services such as:

  • Website migration
  • Website setup
  • Business email setup
  • Email migration
  • SEO services
  • Website troubleshooting
  • Website updates
  • Website optimisation
  • Security services
  • Content uploads
  • Other technical services

will depend on whether the work has already been performed.

Services that have already been completed are generally non-refundable.

5. Third-Party Products and Services

Some projects may require third-party products or services, including:

  • Domain names
  • Web hosting
  • Premium themes
  • Premium plugins
  • Software licences
  • Email services
  • Payment processing services
  • Stock images or other licensed content

Fees paid to third parties on your behalf may be non-refundable and are subject to the refund policies of the respective provider.

Junigo is not responsible for refunds that are denied by a third-party provider.

6. Client-Requested Changes

Website design projects include an agreed scope of work.

Requests that fall outside the original project scope may result in additional charges rather than a refund.

Before significant additional work is performed, we will communicate any applicable additional costs.

7. Delays Caused by the Client

Clients are responsible for providing required content, images, login credentials, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.

Project delays caused by missing content, delayed responses, or changes in requirements do not automatically qualify for a refund.

8. Dissatisfaction With the Final Website

We encourage clients to communicate concerns during the design and development process so that reasonable adjustments can be made before launch.

A website that has been completed according to the agreed project requirements does not automatically qualify for a refund because of a change of preference after completion.

Where appropriate, we will work with the client to identify reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope.

9. Refund Requests

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your name
  • Project or service details
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for the refund request

Each request will be reviewed individually in accordance with this policy and any applicable agreement between Junigo and the client.

10. Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued using the original payment method where practical.

Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

11. Changes to This Refund Policy

Junigo may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
