Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pro Tip: For digital products and herbs, “No Refunds” is the standard in Ghana once the item is delivered/downloaded.

Digital Products (Ebooks)

• All sales are final: Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once the ebook has been purchased and the download link sent.
• Technical Issues: If you have trouble downloading the file, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order number, and we will send it to you directly.

Physical Products (Herbs & Jewelry)

• Herbs: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on herbs (Nyannya, Soursop, etc.) once the package has been opened or the seal is broken.
• Jewelry: Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged upon arrival. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the damage.
• Web Design Services: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to start any project. If the project is canceled by the client, the deposit is forfeited to cover time and work already completed.
